There is no cost to stay at Lois' Lodge but financial support from families is welcomed and appreciated. We serve young ladies and women of all ages who are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. You can come to Lois' Lodge at any point in your pregnancy but the most value is received from your experience by coming to the home in your first trimester. No one can force you to come to Lois' Lodge. It is important that you desire to take advantage of this opportunity.
Women can stay at Lois' Lodge until the delivery of their baby. By then, we will have assisted you in preparing a transition plan back into the community. We will not encourage or suggest a particular option for your baby. Parenting yourself or having someone else parent your child through adoption is your decision. However, we want you to be able to make a knowledgeable decision about the best opportunity for your child. Lois' Lodge is not an adoption agency, however we will refer you to several adoption agencies for assistance.
