Lois’ Lodge ministers to the needs of women throughout their pregnancies and beyond. We are very excited about having an opportunity to continue our loving ministry once a woman has her baby and leaves the maternity home. Whether she chooses to parent her child or she chooses to provide another family with the opportunity to parent her child through adoption, we are able to provide residential services for these women so that they can continue to move forward towards independent living.
The Lois’ Lodge independent living program offers access to child care, education, job experience, counseling, and advice on parenting and life skills. Trained, supportive staff members help residents obtain social services, care for their children and plan for the future. Our program is unique in that we offer all of these services in one place- a structured, safe, nurturing home environment for women who choose to parent and those that choose to allow adoptive parents raise their child. The primary objective of the Lois’ Lodge independent living/aftercare program is an ambitious one. We seek to enable our clients to develop personal and economic self sufficiency.
